Steps to sign up: 

1. READ
   Read through all of the important documents listed below (you'll need to agree to them when you register). 

2. SIGN-UP
   Complete the sign-up form at the button below. 

3. PAY
   Payment information will be e-mailed to you once the sign-up form is received and reviewed. 

4. CLEARANCES
   Complete and/or e-mail your clearances to save on file. In order to participate in Pathkeepers Co-op you must have a current PA State Child Abuse Clearance and PA State Criminal History Check on file. Steps to obtain the required clearances can be found HERE.
